Unloading bean sprouts is a time consuming task.  The twisting/lifting action of unloading is the main source of injury claims in a sprout operation. Now you can unload and process a bin (Sentrex 2400 or Infinity type) in just minutes.  The ISS Bin Dumping System is powered by a heavy duty rotary actuator.  This unit stops and starts without hesitation. A built in slow release is a standard safety feature. 

Rotation brings the bin at an angle that lets you control the flow of product onto your conveyor or directly into your ISS Washing System. It can also be used in conjunction with the ISS receiving tank which allows you to dump an entire bin at once. No more labor intensive unloading which costs hours in production every week. 

This ISS Bin Dumper is available in several configurations and can be modified by our engineering department to fit your specific needs.
