guaranteed to be free of pathogens. ISS Certified Sprouting Seed is one step in
a food safety program to help reduce the risk of pathogens in sprouted
products. All sprouting seed should be grown using Good Manufacturing Practices
and a HACCP program. The program should include proper seed sanitization and
testing for pathogens after 48 hours of growth.
