Pint and Half Pint Containers

These clear containers were designed by ISS specifically for the sprouting industry.  The domed base draws the water off to drainage slits for excellent drainage.  The base corners are beveled to prevent pooling so alfalfa, clover, and other sprouts can be grown directly in the container.

The sparkling clarity of these containers showcase the freshness and color of your sprouts to give a dramatic effect to your merchandising efforts.  They come in two convenient sizes to accommodate 4-6 oz of alfalfa sprouts, with one lit to fit both.

Crystal clear OPS plastic (#6 recyclable) cups and lids attractively display and protect your fragile products.

These are the sturdiest “pint” containers on the market, with lids that go on easily and stay on.

Vented bases allow you to grow directly in the container.  Short bases are also available without vents.  Both sizes of lids are non-vented.

Two heights of bases and lids are available to let you select the combination that best suits your product.

Combination heights and capacities are:

• 4” High, holds up to 8 oz. alfalfa sprouts
• 3 ¼” High, holds up to 6 oz. alfalfa sprouts
• 2 5/8” High, holds up to 4 oz. alfalfa sprouts
• 2 ¼” High, holds 2 to 3 oz. alfalfa sprouts

Use regular or short 6 and 12 pack boxes, for easy storage and transportation of your packaged product.

Foam Pads

Polyethylene Grade UU34 Pad measures 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" x 1/8". 
Fits in the bottom of our pint container. They make alfalfa sprout packages more attractive while extending shelf life by retaining an even layer of moisture.

Labels

We print labels for many sprout companies and have cutting dies already available for nearly any size a sprout grower would want. We have custom designed over a thousand sprout labels and experimented with a variety of papers, inks, adhesives and coatings. This is to insure that our labels will hold up under the sporadic watering they receive on the grocers shelf. 

We also carry attractive generic labels in case you want to try a new sprout without investing in the artwork and printing plates. They also are handy in emergencies if you run out of your own label. 

Printed Plastic Bags

Now you can have printed bags without a huge minimum order!

• Designed to be used with a heat sealer for fast production.  
• All bags are 3% EVA to allow gas exchange and extend shelf life.

Six and Twelve Pack Boxes

These boxes provide a cost effective and convenient way to package your Show Pack containers.  Open top allows for easier packing and better handling of your product.

Bulk Alfalfa and Green Sprout Boxes

ISS water resistant boxes allow you to pack directly in the box.

Bean Sprout Boxes
 

These extremely durable boxes feature instant product identification.  All are printed on four sides and include instructions for proper storage temperatures for bean sprouts.  Automatic folding bottoms with snap close lids save labor and eliminate the need for tape or staples.  Available in two sizes.

Bean Sprout Box Liners

Combined with the Bean Sprout Boxes, these clear FDA approved poly box liners offer the grower an attractive sturdy package at an affordable price.  All are micro-perforated to prolong shelf life.
